Ingredients
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. ground meat.
1 chopped onion
12 diced baby carrots
1 stick chopped celery
5 cloves diced garlic
1/2 cup red wine
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
Basil
Cayenne
Thyme
Parsley
Marjoram
Bay leaf
1 package Arugula
1/3 c. half and half
Fresh oregano
1/2 box pasta
Black pepper
Parmesan
Preparation
Boil water for pasta.
Heat olive oil 1 min.
Add meat, onion, carrot, celery, and garlic. Cook 8 min.
Add wine. Cook 3 min.
Add tomatoes, vinegar, basil, cayenne, thyme, parsley, marjoram, bay leaf, arugula, half½, and oregano. Bring to a boil and simmer 25 mins. Add pasta to boiling water after 15 mins of simmering.
Stir pasta into sauce and top with pepper and parmesan.
