Ingredients

1 ½ lbs boneless chicken breasts, cut into cutlet sizes

¼ cup Tamari sauce

2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

½ Tbsp olive oil

3 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped

½ tsp oregano

⅛ tsp black pepper

1 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours. Cook in pan or on grill.
