Ingredients

2 lbs chicken breasts

¾ cup Tamari sauce

6 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 ½ tbsp olive oil

6 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

1 ½ tsp oregano

⅜ tsp black pepper

3 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and marinate chicken in refrigerator for 24 hours. Cook in a pan or on a grill.
