Ingredients
1 lb brussels sprouts
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
kosher salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
pre-heat oven to 400 degrees clean brussels sprouts, cut in half length-wise toss sprouts with oil, vinegar, soy sauce spread spouts evenly on cookie sheet roast 20-30 min cool and enjoy
