Ingredients
1/2 cup Flour - Teff or white flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour or coconut flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Baking powder
1 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 banana
1 egg
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
Combine dry ingredients
soak chia seeds in buttermilk
add wet ingredients to dry
add to muffin tray
bake 20 mins at 350 degrees
