Ingredients

1/2 cup butter

1 c sugar

2 eggs

3 large ripe bananas

1 1/2 Tbs sour milk

1 tsp lemon juice

2 cups flour

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Beat eggs until light and add to butter/sugar mixture.
  3. Puree bananas in food processor; add milk and lemon juice.
  4. Sift flour together with baking poser, soda and salt.
  5. Combine banana mixture with first mixture.
  6. Alternately mix banana/ butter mixture with dry ingredients.
  7. Stir in nuts
  8. Bake in greased loaf pan for 555 minutes at 350 degrees.
