Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 c sugar
2 eggs
3 large ripe bananas
1 1/2 Tbs sour milk
1 tsp lemon juice
2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Beat eggs until light and add to butter/sugar mixture.
- Puree bananas in food processor; add milk and lemon juice.
- Sift flour together with baking poser, soda and salt.
- Combine banana mixture with first mixture.
- Alternately mix banana/ butter mixture with dry ingredients.
- Stir in nuts
- Bake in greased loaf pan for 555 minutes at 350 degrees.
