Ingredients
1/2 banana
6-10 walnuts
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Dash of vanilla extract
Dash of ground nutmeg
8 oz almond milk (or other milk)
1/2 cup ice (if desired)
1 Tbsp protein powder (if desired)
Preparation
In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth - about a minute. Pour into a glass and serve.
