Ingredients
3 to 4 pounds ribs cut into serving pieces
1-2 lemons sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1 cup catsup
1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
1 teas + chili powder
1 teas salt
2 dashes Tobasco sauce
2 cups water
Preparation
In a roasting pan cover ribs with slices of onion and lemons. And bake for 30 min at 450. Mix catsup and the rest of ingredients together and bring to a boil ( You can do this in the micro wave.) Pour sauce onto ribs and bank for 45 min to 1 hour until meat is tender. Baste every 15 minutes while cooking. If sauce gets too thick add a little water.
