Ingredients
1 4 # Chuck roast
1-1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. B. Sugar
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 T. digon Mustard
2T worchestire sauce
1/2 t salt; 1/4 t. pepper; 1/4 t garlic
Preparation
May cook beef in crock pot, shred or eat in slices add ingred. and cook for 8=10 hrs, remove, shred put back in broth till serving time on sliders or choice rolls.
