Ingredients

2 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil

1/4 c Butter, melted

1 1/2 Lemons, juiced

3 tbsp. coarse grain mustard

4oz minced fresh basil

3 cloves garlic

1 pinch white pepper

3lb fresh shrimp

Preparation

In a shallow bowl, mix together oil & butter. Stir in lemon juice, mustard, basil & garlic. Season with salt and white pepper. Add shrimp & toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Lightly oil grill and preheat on high heat. Remove shrimp from marinade and thread on skewers. Grill shrimp approximately 4 mins, turning once till done.
