Ingredients
18 ounces (500g) lour;
1 packet dry yeast;
1 pinch sugar;
2 tablespoons of oil;
7 ounces of baking soda;
course salt
Preparation
Put flour into a large bowl with a well in the middle; Add sugar, yeast and some water to the well and stir. Add some of the flour -cover with a damp towel and sit for 20 minutes; Add oil, salt and 4 tablespoons of warm water into the bowl and knead; Rise for 1 hour; Knead again, roll into 8 16-inch lengths, shape into pretzels, cover for 20 minutes; Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees; Parchment paper on cookie sheet with a dusting of flour; Put 4 cups of water and baking soda into a large pot and boil; Place pretzels in pot for 2 minutes; Arrange on baking sheet, dust with salt and bake for 15 minutes
