Ingredients

Homemade sauce or glaze e.g.. Syrup/bourbon

brown sugar

mustard

syrup

soy sauce etc.; bacon; ground meat; shredded cheese; spices; crushed taco chips; diced caramelized onion

Preparation

Mix meat and spices in a bowl; mix glaze; lay out 6 strips of bacon per roll; spread thin layer of meat leaving about 2 inches at one end of bacon; roll up; bake @350 for 15 minutes; glaze and heat for 5 minutes; glaze and heat for 5 minutes; remove and roll in chips and/or onion. Slice -serve with ramekins of BBQ sauce, side salads and chopsticks.
