2 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Pepper
2 teaspoon Tumeric
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Preparation
Drizzle maple syrup over tenderloin
Mix rub together
Rub over syrup
BBQ at 275 for 1.5 hrs (150 internal temperature)
rest 30 minutes
