Ingredients
1/2 C Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce
juice from 1/2 large lemon ( 1/4 cup)
2 T teriyaki sauce
6 T Heinz 57 sauce ( divided into 2 )
1 T Worcestershire sauce
3 T yellow mustard
2 T Mae Ploy chili sauce
1 T brown sugar Stevia
1/2 t Sriracha hot sauce
Fresh lime 1/4 slices (Optional)
Preparation
baste 6 chicken drumsticks with 3 T Heinz 57. let sit for 10 to 15 minutes. mix all of the other ingredients together with the exception of the lime. flavor should be somewhat sweet and sour. put chicken on the BBQ at low setting. baste with the BBQ sauce. rotate the drumsticks and baste more. after chicken is done, squirt some lime juice over the chicken…if you like it that way.
