Ingredients

1 cup vegan baked beans

1 medium onion

2 medium carrots - shredded

3/4 cup bread crumbs

Preparation

Dice the onion and saute in olive oil until tender

Mash the beans in a large bowl

Add the sauted onions, carrots and bread crumbs to the mashed beans.

Form the mixture into three (3) patties. Add more breadcrumbs as needed.

Fry the patties in a skillet until browned.

Serve on a bun with vegan mayo, a tomato slice and greens.
