Ingredients
4 cans Garbanzo beans, rinsed
1 can black beans or other, rinsed
soy sauce
fresh lemon or lime juice
olive oil
mix of herbs - Italian or sage, thyme
chopped green onions
minced garlic
chopped celery
chopped green, red, yellow peppers
chopped cucumber
touch of honey if necessary
chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation
Marinate beans overnight in all but vegetables. Before serving add chopped peppers, celery, and cucumber. Add touch of honey if necessary. Add cilantro.
