Ingredients

4 strips bacon, cut into 3/4" pieces

2 cans Kidney beans drained and washed

1 onion, chopped

1/2 cup ketchup

2 tablespoon Harissa sauce

2 tablespoon sofrito sauce

1 teaspoon Sambal

1 tablespoon Apple vinegar

2 teaspoons Tamarind sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 pinch salt

1 pinch black pepper

1 Beer add at the end 1/2 can

Preparation

Fry bacon until just about crisp, add chopped onion and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
