Ingredients

Rump Steak

2 Large Onions chopped

1 teaspoon garlic and ginger paste

1 jalapeno

2 large tomatoes chopped

half teaspoon tumeric

1.5 teaspoon cumin

1.5 teaspoon coriander

0.5 teaspoon salt

1 big potato

1 teaspoon tomato puree

Preparation

-Put 4 eating spoons of oil in a pan, add onions and brown them -add crushed garlic and ginger and jalapeno -Add all spices and stir quickly and then add salt and tomato puree -Add tomato (stir till it becomes gravy) -(separately) cut potato and boil 3/4 ready, drain the potato and put in the curry.
