Ingredients

3 teaspoon Cumin

1 teaspoon Coreander

1.5 tablespoon Garlic & Ginger Premixed Paste

3 teaspoon Red Pepper

1.5 teaspoon Turmeric

3 pieces Onions

2.25 teaspoon Salt

1.5 teaspoon Cinnamon

.5 teaspoon Cloves

1.5 teaspoon Cardamom

Preparation

Marinate for 15 minutes

Brown onions with vegetable oil

If desired, cut potatoes in half and microwave with salt for 5 min

Add onions with vegetable oil to marinated meat

Boil until all water is released from meat and reduce to desired amount of gravy

For taste, reduce to a thick sauce, add boiling water and reduce again
