Ingredients

3 tablespoon flour

1 1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 clove garlic

1 pound round steak

1/4 cup butter

1/2 cup onion

1/2 cup water

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon parsley

Preparation

Rub both sides of meat with flour, salt, and pepper.

Brown meat in butter and onion.

Add water, soup, and mushrooms.

Cook in pressure cooker approximately 15-20 minutes.

Just before serving combine meat mixture with sour cream and heat.

Sprinkle with parsley and serve over rice or noodles.
