Ingredients

1 pkg (2 1/2 tsp) yeast

1 cup warm beer

1 cup flour

pinch of salt

1 egg white lightly beaten

Preparation

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm beer. Add flour and salt. Add more beer to make sticky dough. Cover with cloth and let stand in warm place 1/2 hour or more. Fold in egg white and use at once.
