Ingredients

1/2 pound Sharp Cheddar (cubed)

1 teaspoon Mustard Powder

1 pinch Salt

1 pinch Sugar

1/2 cup Pilsner Beer

Preparation

  1. Pulse 1/2 pound cubed extra-sharp white cheddar in a food processor until finely chopped.

  2. Add 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder, a pinch each of salt and sugar, and 1/2 cup pilsner beer; process until smooth.
