Ingredients
3 pints pale ale
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp lemon peel
2-3 tbsp sugar
8 eggyolks
1/2 pint whipping cream

Preparation
Take 3 pints of white ale, a little cinnamon, lemon peel and enough sugar to make the mix sweet. Boil it.
Mix 8 egg yolks and half a pint of whipping cream.
Mix in with the boiled beer, mix well until smooth.
Serve poured on toasted buns.
