Ingredients

4 Beets

2 Sweet Potatoes

1 bunch Swiss Chard

2 tablespoons Hummus

Preparation

  1. Cut beets into small squares, roast for 20-25 minutes

  2. Saute swiss chard in a pan with olive oil

  3. Steam Sweet Potatoes in the microwave for 5 minutes

  4. Combine all ingredients with hummus on top
