Ingredients

1 lb frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and squeezed of excess moisture

1 lb cream cheese

1 cup heavy cream

2 roasted jalapeno’s, stemmed, seeded and chopped

2 cloves chopped garlic

4 oz shredded parmesan

4 oz diced mozzarella

2 T toasted breadcrumbs or fried onion rings

salt and pepper

Preparation

mix cream cheese and creme until smooth. fold in rest of ingredients. Spoon into baking/serving dish. top with breadcrumbs or onion rings. bake at 350 until bubbling through. serve with pita chips or sliced baguettes
