25 dates (pitted)
2cups nuts (almonds and pistachios)
1/2 cup choc chips
2 tbsp flax
2 tbsp chia
2 tbsp coconut
1/2 cup cranberries
1/4 cup coconut oil
1tsp vanilla
1 tbsp cocoa powder
can try:
oats
peanut butter
pumpkin seeds
sunflower seeds
Preparation
- chop nuts then chocolate chips in processor then set aside
- puree dates into paste
- Add flax, chia, coconut, cranberries, coconut oil. chocolate powder. puree a few pulses.
- add back nuts.
- silplat and fridge. cut.
