Ingredients

25 dates (pitted)

2cups nuts (almonds and pistachios)

1/2 cup choc chips

2 tbsp flax

2 tbsp chia

2 tbsp coconut

1/2 cup cranberries

1/4 cup coconut oil

1tsp vanilla

1 tbsp cocoa powder

can try:

oats

peanut butter

pumpkin seeds

sunflower seeds

Preparation

  1. chop nuts then chocolate chips in processor then set aside
  2. puree dates into paste
  3. Add flax, chia, coconut, cranberries, coconut oil. chocolate powder. puree a few pulses.
  4. add back nuts.
  5. silplat and fridge. cut.
