Ingredients

1/2 cup Sliced, toasted almonds

2 bunch Romaine Heads thin slices

1/2 cup Quinoa

1 bunch Kale Chopped

4 pieces Cucumber Sliced

1 package Grape tomatoes halved

3/4 cup FETA

Preparation

Toast almonds in the oven @ 350, about 10 minutes or until browned

While this is happening, cook quinoa with chicken broth and dash of salt and 1T oil

Wait til they all cool and add together
