Ingredients

3 loosely packed basil

3/4 cup olive oil,evoo

1/4 cup toasted pine nuts

3 garlic cloves

1 tsp salt

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

3 TBL Pecorino Romano, grated

squeeze from 1/2 a lemon

Preparation

Put all ingredients except the basil in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, add basil by the handfull until you have a smooth sauce.
