Ingredients
8 ounces Blue Cheese
2 tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
2/3 cup Buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
2/3 cup Sour Cream
2 cloves Garlic
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 dash Salt and Pepper to Taste

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
