2 tablespoons White Wine Vinegar

2/3 cup Buttermilk

1/2 teaspoon Sugar

2/3 cup Sour Cream

2 cloves Garlic

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

1 dash Salt and Pepper to Taste

Refridgerate for one hour
