Ingredients

o 2-4 oz blue cheese

o 3 TBSP buttermilk

o 3 TBSP sour cream

o 2 TBSP mayonnaise

o 2 TSP white wine vinegar

o 1/2 TSP sugar

o 1/2 TSP garlic powder

o Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Crumble blue cheese into small and medium chunks and mash together with buttermilk

  2. Mix blue cheese mixture with remaining ingredients in a medium bowl
