Ingredients
4 slices Bacon
2 pounds Red Potatoes
1/2 cup Olive Oil
3 tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
1 bunch Chopped Green Onions
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 ounces Blue Cheese Crumbles
Preparation
Cook and crumble bacon.
Boil potatoes in salted water.
Drain, cool, and chop potatoes.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and toss to evenly cover.
