Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1 egg
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 cups blueberries
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 cup milk
CRUMB TOPPING:
Mix together:
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. In a mixer, cream the butter and sugar. Add egg and beat well. Add dry ingredients, alternating with milk, and beating until smooth. Gently fold in the berries. Pour the mix into a well-greased 9x9x2 baking pan. Sprinkle with the crumb topping. Bake for 35 minutes, or until set in the center.
