Ingredients

1 stick butter

1 cup flour

2 tbs sugar

pinch salt

1 tbs vinegar

4 cups blueberries, reserve one cup

3/4 cup superfine sugar

2 tbs flour

Preparation

Blend crust ingredients, not too smooth. press into loose-bottom pie plate, form sides

Pour berry 3 cups berry mixture into crust, bake at 375 for 30+ minutes, add last cup of berries after cooking.
