Ingredients

1 stick butter

1 cup plus 2 tbs flour

salt

2 tbs sugar

1 tbs white vinegar

Filling:

3 cups blueberries ( reserve one cup)

3/4 cup sugar

2 tbs flour

Preparation

mix together crust ingredients, press into spring-form pan, going up the sides. Fill with berry mixture, cook at 375 for 35 minutes- pour raw berries (or other fruit) over top after baking.
