Ingredients

1 cup basil leaves

1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

1/4 cup Pine nuts

2 cloves garlic cloves

1/4 teaspoon salt

6 pieces Kalamata olives

1/4 cup olive oil

Preparation

Using a food processor, combine the basil, cheese, pine nuts, garlic, salt and olives. Process until ingredients form a paste. Slowly add olive oil. Servie a dime sized portion of pesto on a plate top generously with olive oil to create dipping consistency.
