2 pounds Lamb stew meat, cut
1 can Unsalted diced tomatoes
1/2 can Water
1 1/2 teaspoon Dried onion
1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
1 teaspoon Dried thyme
3 Medium carrots

Salt/pepper, sear, add tomatoes, water and spices - slow cook, add carrots 30 min before serving for al dente
