Ingredients
200 g Plain Flour
1 tablespoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
60 g Butter
2 Eggs
Preparation
Sift Flour
Add cubed butter, rubbing until becomes like sand.
Add the sugar/salt
Beat two eggs and add them to the flour
Make a ball, cling paper and in the fridge overnight
Prepare filling with Plum Jam + Brandy
Pre-cook dough for 10min at 180C
Cut Plum nicely and arrange
Cook for 30min at 170C until golden dough and smooth plum
Add Lemon & Cinnamon (+ caster sugar to make it crunshy)
