Ingredients
1 (about 5 brats/pkg) package Bratwurst
1 onion thinly sliced
2 sweet peppers thinly sliced
2 splash Spray oil
3 dashes salt & pepper to taste
1 Hoagie Rolls
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375°. Toss together rst 6 ingredients in a large bowl; spread mixture in an even layer in a lightly greased (with cooking spray) heavy-duty aluminum foil-lined sheet pan.
Pierce each sausage 3 times with a wooden pick. Place sausages 3 to 4 inches apart on pepper mixture.
Bake at 375° for 40 minutes / until browned
