Ingredients
2 large soft skinned persian limes
5 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons condensed sweet milk (La Lechera)
3 cups water
Ice
Preparation
Wash limes thoroughly. Cut off the ends and slice into eight wedges. Place limes in a blender with the sugar, sweetened condensed milk and water Blend in an electric blender until well mixed. Strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove rinds. Serve over abundant ice.
