Ingredients

1 loaf Brea whole wheat bread

3 tablespoon olive oil

3 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated

2 tablespoon white onion, minced (shallots)

1 piece garlic, minced (1-2)

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 cube Butter

Preparation

thinly slice bread, about 1/4 inches, spread mixture over bread

Bake in 325 degree oven for 15-20 minutes
