Ingredients

6 Tbsp butter, divided

4 Tbsp dijon mustard, divided

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin

Panko breadcrumbs

2 Tbsp sour cream

Preparation

In a small pan, melt 3 Tbsp butter and 2 Tbsp mustard. Dip chicken in melted mixture, then dredge through breadcrumbs. Place chicken in a skillet and cook over medium heat, approximately 5 minutes per side. Remove chicken, and add remaining butter, mustard, and sour cream to the skillet. Reduce heat to low, and stir until smooth and thickened. Pour over chicken to serve.
