Ingredients
1-1/2 lbs. of sausage
3/4 lbs. of cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1-1/2 cups of milk
1 can of mushroom soup
1-1/2 tps. of mustard (dry)
8 slices of bread
Preparation
Cook sausage and set aside. Remove crust from bread and line the bottom of a large casserole pan. Place sausage and cheese over bread. Mix egg, milk and mustard and pour over top. Spread mushroom soup on top. Cover with foil and refrigerate over night. Cook covered dish for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
