Ingredients
1 quart Water
1 cup Corn Meal
1 teaspoon Salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in pan
Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 20 minutes until a thick stew consistency.
Pour into loaf pan and place in refrigerator over night.
Remove from pan, slice into about 1/2 in wide slices.
coat in flour, Place in cast iron skillet over medium heat
cook for about 15 minutes on each side
