Ingredients
3/4 C. Tuscan kale
1 tsp. oatmeal
1 tsp. flax seed
1 tsp. chia seed
1 tsp. vitamin powder
1 packet pre-biotics/probiotics
1 tsp. Saigon cinnamon
1 tsp. carrot
1 tsp. fresh ginger, peeled
1/2 frozen banana
1 C skim milk
Preparation
Fill the bottom of your blender with a portion of milk, just enough to cover the bottom and avoid seeds getting stuck to the bottom/top when blending. Add all ingredients, finish by pouring the remainder of milk into the blender. Blend until liquified, about 2 minutes.
