Ingredients
1 large broccoli chopped
1 med onion chopped
celery leaves chopped
5 cups milk
5 chicken bouillon cubes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
16 oz velveeta cheese
10 oz shredded cheddar
3/4 grated Parmesan/Romano cheese
1/2 t garlic powder
Preparation
*Steam broccoli in 3 cups water with bouillon cubes.
*Saute’ celery leaves and onion in 3 T butter.
*combine broccoli, onions, celery leaves in broccoli pot. Reduce heat to simmer. Add milk, soup, garlic powder, stir til smooth.
*slowly stir in cheeses on slow simmer til melted. After melted remove from heat and serve.
