Ingredients
1/4 C flour
2 C Chicken Broth
2 C cooked Rice
4 C shredded cooked Chicken
4 C Broccoli Florets
3/4 C Sharp Cheddar
1/2 C Parmesan
Preparation
Preheat to 400. Combine flour and broth in saucepan over medium heat. Cook 10-12 minutes. Remove from heat, add salt, pepper, cheese and broccoli. Spray casserole dish with Pam. Toss chicken and rice and put in casserole. Cover with cheese/broccoli mixture. Top with parmesan, cover with foil and bake 25 minutes. Finish with 2-5 minutes under the broiler.
