Ingredients
Salad
1 lb. bacon, chopped and browned
1 large head of broccoli, chopped into small pieces
3/4 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
3/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp white vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
Preparation
Mix salad ingredients together except bacon and almonds. Mix dressing ingredients together and toss with salad. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving. Add bacon and almonds just before serving.
