Ingredients

2 bunches Broccoli

1/4 cup sunflowers seeds

1/2 pound fried bacon, crumbled

1/4 cup toasted slice almonds

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup chopped red onion

3 tbsp sugar

1/4 to 1/2 cup of either raisins or dried cranberries

Preparation

Cut into bite size pieces. Mix mayonnaise, onion and sugar and toss with rest of ingredients. Chill for at least one hour.
