Ingredients
1 bag Broccoli Slaw
1 Apple diced (peeled opt.)
2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
1/4 cup Water
2 tablespoons Vinegar - cider, rice, champagne
Preparation
Heat sesame oil.
Add broccoli slaw and apple. Saute 2-3 minutes.
Add water and cider. Toss and cook uncovered on medium until apple is tender but not mushy. About 4 minutes. If there is too much liquid for your taste turn up the heat for a minute to reduce it.
